The Profitable Partnership
Private coaching for owner-led service businesses doing roughly $10K to $50K per month.
For the owner who is making real money, but still carrying too much of the business personally.
If you are running a $10M+ operating company and need senior revenue leadership, go to nickcavuoto.com/fractionalcmo
If you are still in the early stages figuring out if people will buy into your idea or service, follow Nick's content for now. (This is not the starting line.)
Your Business Has Outgrown How You Are Running It
You built the business to give your life more freedom.
Now the business needs more from you than ever.
The revenue is real.
The pressure is real.
And the thing you built is starting to take more of you than it gives back.
You are not lazy.
You are not broken.
You do not need another course.
You need a clearer business, cleaner revenue, and a structure that does not depend on your best day.
Nick Cavuoto has spent 17+ years building and advising owner-led businesses across service, expert, creative, and operating-company environments. This page is not here to impress you with credentials. It is here to see if the problem in front of you is one he can help you move.
Because if we scale the same broken structure, the grinder gets bigger.
The prison gets nicer.
And you still end up carrying the whole thing.
Three Doorways, Same Work
You might be an overloaded operator.
The business works, but your life does not. Every schedule issue, team question, customer problem, estimate, and pricing decision still finds its way back to you.
You might be an under-monetized expert.
Your results are stronger than your pricing, packaging, and sales process. You know the work is valuable, but the model still makes you sell too much time for too little upside.
Sometimes the model is not the only issue. Sometimes the block is what you have decided you are allowed to charge.
You might be a creative or service-based business owner.
Your standard lives in your head. You want a team and cleaner revenue, but you are afraid growth will lower the quality that made people trust you in the first place.
You are not just afraid the work will be wrong.
You are afraid the client will feel the drop, lose trust, and still blame you.
Different doorway.
Same root problem.
The business has too much dependence on you and not enough structure around the few moves that actually create money, margin, and freedom.
What We Work On
The Profitable Partnership works through three plain areas.
Clarity
We get clear on what the business is for, what decisions are costing you money, where your role has to change, and what cannot keep running through you.
Clarity is not journaling.
It changes decisions.
Who you serve.
What you sell.
What you stop doing.
What you price differently.
What you hand off.
What you measure.
Revenue
We tighten the money system.
Offers, pricing, sales conversations, follow-up, pipeline, close rate, ads, current opportunities, and the revenue already sitting in front of you.
You do not need more noise if the business is leaking money through unclear offers, weak follow-up, underpriced work, or leads no one is working properly.
Systems
We build the structure that lets the business hold.
Roles, numbers, team rhythm, handoffs, delivery standards, dashboards, and accountability.
For a field-crew business, that may mean the team can handle the job or the customer issue without you becoming the dispatcher, estimator, manager, and therapist.
For an expert-led business, that may mean the offer is packaged clearly enough that you stop rebuilding the sale every time.
It may also mean your thinking becomes easier to buy without turning your work into a generic product.
For a creative business, that may mean your standard becomes teachable instead of trapped in your head.
Why This Works
Most owners try to fix one layer at a time.
They fix the ads but not the offer.
They hire the person but not the role.
They raise the price but not the sales conversation.
They track revenue but not margin, follow-up, or capacity.
So the fix does not hold.
In this work, the owner's decisions and the business structure move together.
Not motivation.
Not theory.
Better decisions, cleaner follow-through, stronger roles, clearer numbers, and a business that does not need you to rescue it every week.
Proof Of The Pattern
Recent owner-led work shows the pattern.
Revenue got clearer.
Dave Scribani, owner of Glass Therapy and Sublimity, grew his core business 21% year-over-year through a difficult season and hit an all-time record month because revenue, follow-up, pricing, and goals were being reviewed instead of guessed at.
Pricing got cleaner.
A pricing reset moved close rate from 2/22 (9% close rate) to 9 of 20 (45% close rate) because the offer found the better balance between value, buyer readiness, and market capacity.
The owner became less necessary.
Dave's team handled a real crisis without him stepping in because roles, judgment, and trust had started moving out of the owner's head and into the business.
The money became connected to life.
Dave paid cash for a family trip and did not feel like the business took it from him. That matters because revenue without relief is not the win.
The model got cleaner.
A creative operator mapped the path from roughly $21K/month toward a cleaner $60K/month model by working on pricing, hiring, delivery structure, and how to make the standard teachable.
Expertise got easier to buy.
An expert-led business stopped rebuilding the sale from scratch every time by tightening positioning, packaging the outcome more clearly, and making the value easier for the right buyer to understand.
Creative quality became less owner-dependent.
A creative operator started turning taste, direction, and delivery standards into a teachable operating model, so growth did not have to mean lowering the bar.
Same pattern every time:
Clarity creates better decisions.
Revenue proves the decisions.
Systems make the decisions last.
What The First 90 Days Look Like
We start with a 3-month initial commitment.
The first 90 days are not about doing everything.
They are about finding the highest-leverage constraints and moving them in order.
Usually that means:
Establish the real baseline: revenue, margin, pipeline, close rate, offers, time load, team load, and where the owner is still the system.
Pick the money moves: pricing, offer cleanup, follow-up, sales rhythm, open opportunities, or the broken part of the current funnel.
Install the operating rhythm: what gets tracked, who owns what, what decisions stop coming back to the owner, and what happens every week.
Build the next 90-day path from evidence, not theory.
Most owners should expect a focused weekly rhythm between calls, not another part-time job.
The goal is not more homework.
The goal is fewer expensive decisions made from fog.
The Partnership
You get:
Private 1:1 coaching with Nick.
A clear 90-day execution path tied to a bigger 12-month direction.
Async access for decisions, voice notes, review, and pressure points between calls.
Accountability on money-making activity.
Honest feedback when something is costing you revenue, peace, or both.
This is not done-for-you execution.
Nick is not your agency, assistant, ad buyer, content team, or outsourced operator.
He helps you diagnose the real constraint, choose the right move, and build the structure that makes the move hold.
The Math
Primary model:
$1,500 per month + 15% of net new revenue.
The revenue baseline and definition of net new revenue are agreed in writing before we start.
That protects both sides.
It keeps the partnership clean, honest, and aligned.
Nick's upside is tied to client growth.
There is also an $8,000/month flat-rate option for owners who prefer a premium fixed retainer instead of revenue share.
Most clients in this coaching lane use the $1,500/month plus revenue-share model. The flat option exists for owners who already know they want a fixed premium retainer and do not want performance-based compensation.
This Is For You If
You own a professional service business, local service business, trade business, agency, creative studio, consulting practice, or expert-led company.
You are doing roughly $10K to $50K per month.
The business works, but too much still depends on you.
You want more money without making your life the casualty.
You are willing to track revenue, baseline, margin, follow-up, and capacity.
You want honest diagnosis more than encouragement.
You are ready to make hard decisions and follow through.
This Is Not For You If
You are pre-revenue or still trying to prove people will buy.
You want Nick to build your funnel, run your ads, post your content, or do the work for you.
You want motivation without ownership.
You will not track the numbers.
You want a coach to agree with you instead of tell you the truth.
You are looking for a quick fix that lets you avoid hard decisions.
If you are too early, follow Nick's content on LinkedIn, Instagram, or the podcast for now.
If you need done-for-you execution, this is not the offer.

The Next Step
Apply for a fit-check.
The application takes about 5 minutes.
If it looks like there may be a fit, you will get a link to book a 15-minute conversation.
That call is not a hard sell.
It is a mutual fit-check.
The first question is simple:
What is running through you right now that should not be?
Where are you now?
What is actually stuck?
What would need to change?
Is this the right partnership, the wrong partnership, or not the right season?
If this is where you are, apply.
If it is not, no pressure.
The wrong client is expensive for both of us.
The right client is a partnership.
