Book a Call.

Before we talk

This call is not a pitch disguised as a conversation.

It is a fit call.

I want to understand where the business is now, where you want it to go, and what is making the next stage feel heavier than it should.

If I see a fit for The Profit Partnership, I’ll walk you through what working together could look like.

If I do not think it is the right next move, I’ll tell you that too.

No performance.

No pressure.

Just a clean read.

Book Your Fit Call

Come prepared to talk about the real business

Not the polished version.

The real one.

Where revenue is coming from.
Where momentum is stuck.
What keeps coming back to you.
What your team or contractors are waiting on.
What you keep meaning to fix.
What you have already tried.
What you want the next 12 months to look like.

I do not need perfect answers.

I need honest ones.

That is the only way I can see what is actually happening.

What we’ll look at

On the call, we’ll talk through:

Your current business model.
Your revenue over the last 12 months.
Your 12-month revenue goal.
Where the business feels cloudy.
What decisions still come back to you.
What priorities are competing for attention.
Where revenue might be leaking.
What the next 90 days may need to focus on.

The point is not to solve the whole business in one call.

The point is to see whether the partnership makes sense.

What I’m listening for

I’m listening for traction.

Not perfection.

A working offer.
Clients or customers.
Revenue.
Demand.
A business owner who is willing to move.
A real opportunity for clearer priorities to create revenue momentum.

I’m also listening for ownership.

Because this partnership only works if you are willing to execute.

I can help you see the bottleneck.

I can help you decide what matters next.

I can help you assign ownership and keep score.

But I cannot want the next stage more than you do.

What this call is not

This is not a free consulting session where we build the entire plan.

It is not a place to collect more ideas and disappear.

It is not a motivational call.

It is not a rescue call.

And it is not a guaranteed yes.

This is a conversation to see if the business has enough traction, urgency, and willingness for The Profit Partnership to make sense.

If there is a fit

If I believe there is a fit, I’ll show you what I see.

Where I think momentum is currently stuck.
What I would likely look at first.
What the first 90 days may need to focus on.
How The Profit Partnership would support that.
What the investment looks like.
What starting would require.

Then you can decide if you want to move forward.

Cleanly.

If there is not a fit

If I do not think this is the right next move, I’ll tell you.

That may mean the business is too early.

The demand is not proven yet.

The offer needs basic validation first.

There is not enough execution capacity.

Or the problem does not require this kind of advisory partnership yet.

That is not a bad thing.

It just means we should not force the wrong container.

Investment reminder

The Profit Partnership is $1,500/month + 15% incentive on new revenue.

The base fee covers the advisory partnership.

The revenue incentive keeps us tied to the same scoreboard.

This model works best when the business already has traction and there is real room to create revenue movement through clearer priorities, better execution, and accountability.

Before you book

Ask yourself:

Do I have good traction?
Am I willing to execute?
Am I open to direct advising?
Do I want help deciding on exactly what to focus on next?
Am I ready to stop carrying every important decision alone?

If yes, book the call.

(Or message me “PROFIT” in the subject line below to start the conversation.)
