I will not make the business sound more complicated than it is.
I will not hide behind jargon.
I will not tell you every idea is equal just because it feels important.
If something matters, we name it.
If something can wait, we let it wait.
If something needs an owner, we assign it.
If something is leaking revenue, we look at it.
If something is just noise, we cut it.
The goal is not to make you dependent on me.
The goal is to help the business move with more clarity, ownership, and momentum.
What I believe
I believe most business owners are carrying more than they admit.

That is too much weight for one person to carry.

The work is simple.
Not always easy.

Assign ownership.
