15% performance incentive — on net new revenue we produce together above the baseline we set in month one
If you don't grow, I don't earn more. That's aligned incentives.
When we're on a call deciding whether to take a client, raise a rate, change an offer, or kill a project — I have skin in the answer. We're not talking theory. We're talking about money we both want to make.
Fortune 500 leaders work with me at $20–30K/month for the same expertise. This engagement is priced at a fraction of that because my goal here isn't to extract maximum dollars from a small handful of executives.
